Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I am advised that the Chief Executive of the DPMC, in an email dated 17 June 2025, requested that officials undertake a process to consider the designation of the American Proud Boys under the Terrorism Suppression Act 2002.
