1486 (2024). Reuben Davidson to the Minister for Media and Communications: What advice, if any, has she sought about the deliverables of NZOA funded but not yet completed programming on TV3 or any other Warner Brothers Discovery platforms?

Hon Melissa Lee: I refer the member to information NZ on Air has published on its website, which notes that NZ on Air is committed to closely collaborating with Warner Bros Discovery to assess how their proposal will affect NZ on Air funded content and are actively engaged in understanding the implications: https://www.nzonair.govt.nz/news/nz-on-air-statement-on-warner-bros-discovery-news/ As this is an operational matter for NZ on Air, which is an Autonomous Crown Entity, I have not sought advice about the deliverables of NZ on Air funded, but not yet completed, programming on TV3 or any other Warner Brothers Discovery platforms.
