Hon Penny Simmonds: In my capacity as the Minister for the Environment, I took two papers to Cabinet between 1 February and 29 February: "Proposed Order in Council under the Severe Weather Emergency Recovery Legislation Act 2023 – Hawkes Bay flood works and associated infrastructure" - 9 February. It is not in the public interest to release the remaining title as the matters it relates to are under active consideration.
