Hon Penny Simmonds: The Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) prepare forecasts level 1 and level 2 qualifications. These forecasts estimate the total Equivalent Full Time Students (EFTS) and value of delivery for a calendar year. The TEC are unable to provide forecast enrolment figures by region.
