1438 (2026). Shanan Halbert to the Minister for Vocational Education: What is the current forecast number of enrolments in apprenticeships in New Zealand for 2026, broken down by region?

Hon Penny Simmonds: The Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) prepare forecasts for work-based delivery. These forecasts estimate the total Standard Training Measure (STM) and value of delivery for a calendar year. The TEC are unable to provide forecast enrolment figures by apprenticeships and by region.
