1415 (2024). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Did officials undertake targeted engagement on the fast track consenting regime proposal; and if so what is a summary of feedback from any technical expert groups?

Hon Chris Bishop: Yes, targeted engagement was undertaken. Feedback from engagement was included in policy advice from officials and considered by Ministers as policy decisions were taken.
