1410 (2026). Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Prime Minister: On how many occasions, if any, was the January 6 2021 United States Capitol attack mentioned in the 2025 statement of case on the re-designation of the American Proud Boys as a terrorist entity under the Terrorism Suppression Act 2002?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: I am advised that the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet has proactively released documents relating to the designation of the American Proud Boys that expired under section 29B of the Terrorism Suppression Act 2002 on 19 June 2025, this included the 2025 statement of case.
