1405 (2025). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: Would the Minister consider the Australian climate-related disclosures regime, when fully phased in, to be more or less onerous than New Zealand’s current regime?

Hon Andrew Bayly: When fully phased in the Australian regime will expand to a wider group of entities than the New Zealand regime, including to un-listed (private) companies.
