1399 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: How many, if any, export control exemptions have been given for goods or electronic publications in relation to paragraph 2(d) and (e) of the Export Controls gazetted notice?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade does not keep records of catch-all control exemptions. Exporters self-assess whether exemptions to the catch-all controls gazette notice apply to their circumstances. Where requested, the Ministry provides advice to exporters.
