1398 (2025). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Revenue: What plans, if any, does the Government have to renegotiate the pensions portability agreement with Australia to allow returned Kiwis to withdraw their Australian Superannuation early for a first home deposit?

Hon Simon Watts: I am advised that there are currently no plans in place to renegotiate the Trans-Tasman Retirement Savings Portability Agreement with Australia.
