Greg O'Connor to the Minister for Courts: What correspondence, including letters, emails, text messages, whatsapp, signal, or any other form of electronic communication, if any, has the Minister or any member of their Office received since 20 November 2023 to 29 February 2024, from Hobson’s Pledge or any person working on behalf of Hobson's Pledge by subject and date?

Hon Nicole McKee: I received two emails from a member of Hobson's Pledge. These emails discussed the case of a realtor facing a five-year ban after refusing to complete the Real Estate Authorities 'Te Kākano' CPD programme. The first of these was received on 7 December 2023. The second was received on 13 December 2023. My Office sent a letter in response to that Member of Hobson's Pledge on 16 January 2023.
