Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What contractual arrangements, if any, does Te Whatu Ora have with Manage My Health for services funded by the Crown and what data security standards, auditing requirements, and compliance checks if any, are stipulated in these contracts?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that Health New Zealand holds two agreements with Manage My Health which are specific to the Northern region. I am further advised that the contracts note Manage My Health is subject to the Manage My Health business terms and conditions, which include terms of use, privacy policy, code of conduct and minimum system requirements.
