1362 (2026). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Were any baseline cybersecurity assessments or audits of the Manage My Health platform conducted before Te Whatu Ora supported delivery of Beating the Blues services on that platform, if so on what dates were these completed?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that on 4 November 2020, as part of due diligence, a web application scan of the Beating the Blues website was completed by the Ministry of Health prior to the contract being novated to Manage My Health. I am also advised that the Manage My Health patient portal was the subject of a security review initiated by the Ministry of Health that was completed on 1 April 2019.
