1361 (2026). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Does Te Whatu Ora track whether ManageMyHealth shares or retains any personal health identifiers or data separately from the Beating the Blues programme, if so, how is this monitored?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised, no. As the Member may be aware, this is because Health New Zealand has contractual requirements that all providers must adhere to privacy laws and the protection of personal information.
