Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Justice: What advice, if any, has he received on implementing or responding to Ngā Mātāpono – The Principles: The Interim Report of the Tomokia Ngā Tatau o Matangireia – The Constitutional Kaupapa Inquiry Panel on The Crown’s Treaty Principles Bill and Treaty Clause Review Policies?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I received two documents, one in August 2024 and one in November 2024 but I believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release the titles at this time.
