1308 (2024). Tamatha Paul to the Associate Minister of Justice: What consultation, if any, has the Minister had with the Federation of the Islamic Associations of New Zealand regarding reforms to the Arms Act 1983?

Hon Nicole McKee: I have yet to undertake consultation in my capacity as Associate Minister of Justice (Firearms) regarding reform of the Arms Act 1983 beyond meeting with the Minister's Arms Advisory Group (MAAG). Consultation will occur in due course.
