1306 (2025). Greg O'Connor to the Minister for Courts: What is the number of unfilled or vacant judicial appointments, or statutory vacancies, if any, since 22 July 2024 to date, broken down by court location, type of court, and month?

Hon Nicole McKee: Vacancies arise from time to time due to the expiration of warrants of appointments, retirements or resignations. Every judicial or quasi-judicial role that has become vacant or where a warrant of appointment has expired in the timeframe specified, has been filled by a new appointee, is filled by the present appointee under carry over provisions in the relevant Act or is in the process of being appointed to.
