1304 (2026). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: How many of the up to 400 partially funded primary care graduate nurse places remain unfilled, if any, in the most recent 12 month period?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that in the 12-month period to 29 January 2026, 345 graduate nurses were supported into employment through these funding initiatives as part of our focus on building a healthcare system that has patients at its centre.
