1303 (2025). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: Which of the Kāinga Ora social housing projects, if any, that were under assessment as at 31 July 2024 and 30 September 2024 have proceeded to contract?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that as at 31 December 2024, 83 projects that were under assessment as at 31 July 2024 and 30 September 2024 have either proceeded to contract (17), are under contract/construction (64) or have been delivered (2). I refer the Member to the attached table.
