1301 (2025). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: Which Kāinga Ora social housing projects, if any, are now under assessment that were not under assessment as at 31 July 2024?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that there are 62 projects that were not under assessment as at 31 July 2024 that are now under assessment as at 31 December 2024. I refer the Member to the attached table.
