1274 (2026). Reuben Davidson to the Minister of Education: On what date, if any, does she anticipate dispute resolution panels for schools will be established?

Hon Erica Stanford: Decisions have not yet made on the next steps for providing a dispute resolution mechanism for schools. Dispute resolution panels were enabled by the Education and Training Act 2020, but have not been progressed as funding has not been secured.
