Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised the following information is collected in the Family Safety System, and shared with Police and other the agencies involved: • Details of family violence incidents reported to Police • Risk information (including assessments of safety, harm level, and risk factors) • Case triage outcomes, safety planning details, and agency actions • Locally held case information used for risk assessment and planning shared by partner agencies.
