1260 (2024). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister of Education: Will the rebuild of Te Kura o Te Pāroa continue as planned; and if not why not?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) that there are 352 Ministry-led property projects over 305 schools, including Kura Kaupapa Māori and Kura ā Iwi, currently subject to a value-for-money review. The Ministry is in the process of communicating with all schools affected by the review, including schools whose projects have been paused, and intends to proactively release the names of those affected in due course.
