1221 (2024). Lan Pham to the Minister for Biosecurity: Will the Minister commit to continuing funding the National Wilding Conifer Control Program past 2024 when the current funding runs out?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: I am advised Budget 2020 allocated $100 million over four years to the National Wilding Conifer Control Programme (the Programme), through the COVID-19 Response and Recovery Fund (as part of the Jobs for Nature initiative) with baseline funding of $10 million for outyears from 2023/24. I refer the member to the attached table for summarised funding.
