1196 (2026). Reuben Davidson to the Minister for Digitising Government: What processes, if any, will apply to resolve disputes where the digital priorities of an individual agency differ from directives or guidance issued by the Government Digital Delivery Agency?

Hon Judith Collins: As is currently the case, I expect agencies, including the Government Digital Delivery Agency, to work together to resolve any disputes and, where appropriate, escalate to Ministers for final decisions.
