1194 (2026). Reuben Davidson to the Minister for Digitising Government: What analysis has been undertaken, if any, to quantify any additional administrative or compliance overhead imposed on agencies by the establishment of the Government Digital Delivery Agency?

Hon Judith Collins: The establishment of the Government Digital Delivery Agency will continue the work undertaken by the Government Chief Digital Officer (GCDO). As such, no analysis has been undertaken on administrative or compliance overhead imposed on agencies. As the work led by the Government Digital Delivery Agency to give full effect to the recently expanded GCDO mandate is built out, I expect to receive ongoing advice and reporting on key decisions and directives from the Government Digital Delivery Agency, and for this to include information on risks and benefits as appropriate.
