Hon Penny Simmonds: I do not have access to reports, briefings, aide memoires or other documents provided to Ministers in the 53rd Parliament. On this basis, I provide you with the below list of briefing titles received from the Ministry for the Environment between 27 November 2023 and 23 February 2024. It is not in the public interest to release a further six titles to you, five of these are under active consideration and one is subject to legal privilege. I am unable to provide a list of titles of documents received from other agencies and other parties within the timeframes for responding to written parliamentary questions. The titles I am releasing to you are attached.
