Hon Nicole McKee: I received the following advice: 8 December 2025 – Briefing: New Plymouth High/District Court reconfiguration business case 10 December 2025 – Aide memoire: Australia and New Zealand legal aid comparison 12 December 2025 – Weekly Report: for the week ending 12 December I have received one further document, but I believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release the titles at this time.
