Hon Mark Mitchell: I received the following advice during the week beginning 8 December 2025. - Minor amendments to criteria and additional funding for 2023 North Island Weather Events (NIWE) recovery activities - DIA (8/12/2025) - Minister EM&R meeting with CEs on Whakaari - White Island monitoring progress (10/12/2025) - Status Report to the Minister for EMR (11/12/2025) - Preparations for potential NGMC outages (12/12/2025) - Meeting with Northland Regional Council Chair Pita Tipene and CE Jonathan Gibbard (12/12/2025) I also received one additional document within the specified timeframe; however, it is not in the public interest to release the title of this document. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA, other agencies, and other Ministers’ offices.
