968 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: What was the total cost of the Road Cone Digital Hotline programme from its establishment to its closure on 19 December 2025, including but not limited to setup costs, operating costs, staffing, IT development, communications, and evaluation?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that the total cost of the road cone digital hotline pilot was $227,570. This expenditure also reflects investment in improvements to WorkSafe that will endure beyond the hotline, such as lifting inspector capability and improving feedback systems.
