Hon Erica Stanford: Corrected reply: I am advised that as at 22 February 2024, the maximum processing time for an Accredited Employer work visa completed between 01 January 2023 and 20 February 2024 was 344 business days. I am advised the processing of this application was delayed because insufficient information was provided with the initial application to allow Immigration New Zealand to make a decision on this application. Further information was requested from the applicant regarding health requirements, and subsequently, the applicant was given an opportunity to comment on potentially prejudicial information regarding other aspects of their application. INZ followed up with the applicant but did not receive a response, and the application was later declined.
