938 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Why hasn’t NZTA published board meeting minutes since May 2025, and what policy or directive governs the publication of those minutes?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that there is no legal requirement for NZTA to publish Board meeting minutes. Only the Board funding decisions and the reasons for these decisions must be published on the NZTA website as per section 20D(2) of the Land Transport Management Act 2003 (LTMA).
