935 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for Courts: What steps are being taken to identify individuals whose private information was disclosed on the court's website; will those individuals be informed that their information has been subject to a privacy breach, if not why not?

Hon Nicole McKee: I am advised that the individuals whose identifying information were included in the breaches have been identified. The Ministry of Justice has since made efforts to notify the individuals affected and offer an apology. However, despite utilising all available information available, the Ministry has not yet been able to make contact.
