934 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for Courts: Are the privacy breaches identified by a Herald reporter due to longstanding errors or shortcomings, or are the privacy breaches limited to recent errors or shortcomings?

Hon Nicole McKee: I am advised that this was human error. The decisions identified were published prior to a change in the process for publication of District Court decisions in April 2024.
