929 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What advice, if any, did he receive regarding NZTA’s capacity to deliver the full Roads of National Significance programme within current labour, materials, consenting, and industry constraints?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have been advised by NZ Transport Agency that capacity to deliver the programme has been considered in developing the advice I received on the prioritisation of the programme.
