Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister of Science, Innovation and Technology: Does the Government intend to ratify the 'Agreement between the Government of the State of Israel and the Government of New Zealand on Cooperation in Technological Innovation, Research and Development' in this term, and if so, when?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I have been advised that the Agreement has not been ratified by New Zealand. Ratification requires each party to notify the other in writing, by diplomatic channels, of the completion of their internal procedures required for bringing the Agreement into force. New Zealand’s internal procedures are ongoing.
