926 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What Cabinet papers regarding the Roads of National Significance programme have been proactively released, and what is his timetable for releasing the remaining papers that informed decisions on the programme?

Hon Chris Bishop: The following Cabinet Papers regarding the Roads of National Significance (RoNS) have been proactively released: • Proposal for GPS 2024 and NZUP tagged contingency for Transport Projects. • Public Private Partnership Procurement for Section 1 of the Northland Corridor (Warkworth to Te Hana) Investment cases for the RONS programme have been proactively published on NZTA’s website, and more information will be released as work continues to progress.
