884 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: What relevant qualifications, if any, do each of the appointees to the expert panel for fast-track approvals have?

Hon Chris Bishop: There have not been any Expert Panels stood up, as applications are due to open on 7 February. Please refer to Schedule 3 of the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024 for details regarding Appointment of Panel Members.
