875 (2024). Hon Jo Luxton to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: What environmental regulations, if any, were repealed between 27 November 2023 and 16 February 2024?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Natural and Built Environment Act 2023 and the Spatial Planning Act 2023 were repealed on 23 December 2023 by the Resource Management (Natural and Built Environment and Spatial Planning Repeal and Interim Fast-track Consenting) Act 2023, along with associated regulation. No other environmental regulations were repealed between 27 November 2023 and 16 February 2024.
