869 (2026). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: What papers, if any, did the Minister take to Cabinet during the week beginning 15 December 2025, by title and date?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I took the following papers: Electoral Amendment Bill: Changes to Previous Decisions on Prisoner Voting Orders in Council to Wind Up the Solicitors’ Fidelity Guarantee Fund and Repeal of Provisions I took three additional papers but believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release the titles at this time.
