868 (2026). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Associate Minister of Justice: What papers, if any, did the Minister take to Cabinet during the week beginning 15 December 2025, by title and date?

Hon Nicole McKee: I took the following two papers to Cabinet: 16 December 2025: Public Protection Order Review Panel: Appointments and Reappointments 17 December 2025: The Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism National Strategy and Work Programme I took one further paper but believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release the title at this time.
