830 (2025). Hon Dr Deborah Russell to the Minister of Revenue: How many FamilyBoost claims to date, if any, have Inland Revenue declined, and what is the breakdown of the reasons for them being declined?

Hon Simon Watts: I am advised that up to and including 29 January 2025 Inland Revenue have declined 18,078 claims. I am further advised that around two thirds were declined due to income over the quarterly threshold. The remainder were declined for a range of reasons including issues related to the invoice, or due to a return not being filed.
