811 (2025). Arena Williams to the Minister of Housing: Further to 82234 (2024), how many dwellings owned or operated by Kainga Ora in the Manurewa Local Board and Otara-Papatoetoe Local Board areas are currently vacant?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that there are 76 vacant homes owned or operated by Kainga Ora in the Manurewa and Otara-Papatoetoe Local Board areas as at 31 December 2024.
