Hon James Meager: I am advised the Civil Aviation Authority is reviewing the circular to identify if there are any impacts or changes required to the delivery of its regulatory activities. I am advised Maritime New Zealand is a regulator. As such, their service provision is largely prescribed by their legislation and focussed on specific, regulated activities in the maritime sector, rather than particular population groups. I am advised that Transport Accident Investigation Commission has not taken any action.
