799 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Transport: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled Needs-Based Service Provision?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised the Ministry of Transport is reviewing the circular to identify if there are any impacts or changes required to the delivery of their functions. I am advised the New Zealand Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) designs all its services in line with relevant legislation, Cabinet policy decisions, government direction and the decisions and direction of the NZTA Board.
