770 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Public Service: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled Needs-Based Service Provision?

Hon Judith Collins: The Public Service Commission (the Commission) advised the Government on the development of this circular. The Commission does not design or directly deliver services to the public and therefore no further action has been taken beyond issuance of the Circular.
