753 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Energy: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled Needs-Based Service Provision?

Hon Simon Watts: As Minister for Energy, I have no responsibility for any government departments or Ministries. With regard to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, I refer the member to the Minister for Economic Growth’s answer to written parliamentary question 747 (2025). With regard to Crown entities under the energy portfolio EECA has not taken any specific actions in response to the Cabinet Office Circular titled Needs-Based Service Provision. EECA’s programme design does not include targeting based on ethnic identity or other forms of personal identity as a proxy for need. The EA has also taken no action.
