740 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Transport: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the updated Flexible Working (Work From Home) Guidance?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised the Ministry of Transport is currently reviewing the updated Flexible Working (Work from Home) Guidance received from PSC and its own existing policies to determine next steps. I am advised NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) is currently considering the guidance. No decisions have yet been made with regards to implementing these guidelines.
