739 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Transport: How many personal grievance cases, broken down by success status, if any, were filed in the Ministers departments, if any, in the 2024 and 2025 calendar years?

Hon James Meager: I am advised the Civil Aviation Authority received two Personal Grievances in 2024 one was settled, and the other has still not been resolved. In 2025 we have received one Personal Grievance on 17 January 2025 which we will respond to and defend. I am advised by Maritime NZ that there have been no personal grievance cases in the 2025 year. In the 2024 year, there was one personal grievance case which was resolved. I am advised that the Transport Accident Investigation Commission has not had any personal grievance cases in the 2024 and 2025 calendar years.
