738 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Transport: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled "Impact-Analysis Requirement?"

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that the Ministry of Transport has updated its internal guidance to reflect the new requirements. The circular has been distributed to managers and teams with responsibilities for impact analysis and to Crown entities that the Ministry monitors. I am advised that New Zealand Transport Agency has taken no action.
